Types of investments we offer

Everyone if different, with different Risk appetites or are restricted perhaps on religious grounds on the method of return i.e. unable to accept interest payments
Debt
Debt (Secured)An investment loan (debt contract) is an agreement in which we agree to pay interest on a Loan provided by you to the Co-Funding Platform at an agreed rate for the term of the Loan. Your Risk is minimal, your funds will be used to purchase Land or Property which will always have a value and the Directors will make good on your capital and interest.

Debt We will offer better than Banks or Financial Institution Interest rates (we don’t have to pay big Bank executives' salaries or pay for High Street branches...)
Sharia
Sharia An equity loan contract aims to provide the Investor with a proportionate percentage share of the Projects Profits upon an ‘Exit being realised. Equity investments, correctly structured are Sharia compliant, please see our Sharia Compliance statement and Certification
Equity
Equity We bought the Land / Property, made it more valuable and sold it, you get a share of the Profits... The return is greater than Interest because the risk is greater, you could lose money due to unforeseen circumstances, we may both make a loss...

Solia Director
Shaun has been involved in property for over 10 years, managing HMOs and single lets. In 2015 he started property developing, focusing on investment financing and development project management. He is a Property Investor Network Master Mind graduate (PIN MM26) having completed the years training during 2018/19. Shaun’s passions include technology, automation and property, combining the two and making them work in harmony is not always easy but his goal is to create products that people recognize and enjoy while driving business sustainability.

Shahie started his property portfolio in 1986, he holds diverse Residential and Commercial property portfolios in and around London. He owns two property management companies, managing his own personal portfolio's and properties on behalf of Landlords across east London. He has successfully negotiated and delivered against contracts with a couple of London boroughs for accommodation provision and management. Shahie is also a technology expert having worked in Financial Services Tech in the city of London for many years. He has diversified his investments by utilising Tax efficient EIS when investing into Technology start-ups but his passion remains property.
